Both had reached an age much above the average life time.
Daniel [David] H. Baker, one of the old soldier's, who died thie morning, was above 80 years of age. He was a member of Joe Hooker Post, G. A. R., this city. He has been making his home at 330 West Sherman with his son, J. R. Baker, of the foundry firm of Baker & Baxter.
The funeral arrangements have not yet been made as the family is waiting to hear from relatives, who have been wired.
