Aug 31, 1904 Allegany Co age 16 white died Cumberland Allegany Co born MD, father John Barnhouse [should be E.E.] mother dead [should be Loretta], concussion of brain duration of 5 days, coma, accident. Dr. Wailes informant. [Death cert. has father's name wrong but this is the only George in the area per the census and George's mother was dead and this would be the correct age of our George.]
