She was born on June 4, 1956, in Harrisonburg and was a daughter of Janet Offenbacker Comer of Shenandoah and the late Jesse Comer.
Mrs. Price was formerly employed at Massanutten Resort and was a homemaker. She attended the Elkton Freewill Baptist Church.
On Aug 2, 1971, she married R.T. Price who survives. Surviving in addition to her mother and husband are two sons, Jason and Jeremy Price, both of Elkton, a daughter, Jennifer Morris of Shenandoah; a stepdaughter, Stephanie Siler of North Carolina; four sisters, Carolyn Moubray of Elkton and Linda Comer, Charlotte Burner and Pam Kibler, all of Shenandoah; several grandchildren; and numerous nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by an infant brother.
A funeral service was conducted on Sunday, July 17, at the Elkton Freewill Baptist Church by the Rev. Billy King.
Burial was in the George Comer Cemetery in Page County.
