Mrs. Deborah Terhune, who has been confined to her bed for many months, died Wednesday afternoon at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Julia Phillips.

Mrs. Deborah Terhune, aged 73 years, died Thursday of last week at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Julia Phillips, in Trafalgar. She was buried Friday at Unity, Brown county. Rev. Aspy conducting the services. Mrs. Terhune was the daughter of Peter Zook, one of the old pioneers of Johnson county and was the last member of the original Zook family, settling in this county. She was born in Kentucky, but had been a resident of Johnson county since 1821.
