George B Chance, 54, of Buckner Towers died at 7:30 am at his home.
He was a bartender for the Peephole Tavern before retiring last December because of ill health. He was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars and American Legion and a veteran of WWII.
Surviving is a sister, Helen L. Seebolde of Evansville.
Services will be at 10 am Tuesday at Boone Funeral Home with the Rev. Ray W Kent Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Fairview cemetery in Vincennes. The retired Veterans Club will conduct military rites at 10am Tuesday at the funeral home.
