Our dear pet Dog, Heidi Theresa Nash
Heidi lived a good life. She was our daushaud dog.She was suppose to be my Dog so I named her Heidi Theresa. As you know Theresa is my best friend. When I told her Heidi's name, I waved my hand as if I was waving Hidy Theresa and we laughed. BUT Heida got attached to my husband because he played with her more. So she thought of him as her master instead of me. So later I got my Poodle Ginger and he left Ginger along until she got attached to me. So Heidi was my husbands dog and Ginger was mine. It is very heartbreaking to loose a pet . Anyone who is a pet lover knows where I am coming from. It is triple harder to face that you have to have them put to sleep. I feel it is the same as having a loved one's life support unplugged. Both are very hard decisions to make and come to terms with after it is done. But you eventually come to realize you did do the right choice. Ginger is 10 , but is in pretty good health even though she is completely blind, you would be amaze how good she goes to her food and water and then out the door to do her thing and back in to her bed or to me to get back in my Lap. Heidi will be missed by all of us, we loved her and she showed us she loved us too. Pets are a good thing for the Heart but can break the Heart too.
