David Crocket Fluker, a son of William La Shore Fluker and the former Miss Margaret Cammack, was born in the bounds of Boiling Springs in Wilcox County, Alabama.

David married Miss Mary "Mollie" Stapleton on the 20th of October 1875. This union was bless with the following known children"

Howard Thomas (1878-1948)
Annie Laura (1882-1943)
Willard Elmer (1886-1968)

David Crocket Fluker was a successful plumber in Wilcox County and known for his kindness and sense of humor. He departed this life on the 7th day of December 1924 in the 74th year of his age.
