He was preceded in death by his daughter, Amber Ann Moon.
He is survived by his wife Michelle, one daughter Scarlet Carolyn Moon of Barling, AR., one son Dallas Wade Moon of Fort Smith, AR., his mother and step-father Peggy Marie Moon and Richard Summers of Barling, AR., his father and step-mother Joseph William Moon and Susan Moon of Gainesville, GA., two brothers, Joseph William Moon II of Barling, AR. and Damon Weldon Moon of Gainesville, GA., one sister Drema Moon-Thompson of Barling, AR. and one grandchild Bambi Amber Moon.
Funeral service were held at First Baptist Church in Barling, AR. with interment at Steep Hill Cemetery in Fort Smith, AR.
