Phillip Eugene Osborne was born on April 4, 1948, in Prestonsburg, Kentucky, the son of the late Woodrow and Josephine Clifton Osborne.
He is survived by one son: Phillip G. Osborne and fiancée, Christinia Surgener, of London, two sisters: Gertrude Stark and Mary McGillis, both of Mayfield, Kentucky, two brothers: Jack Osborne of Wickliffe, Kentucky, and Ray Osborne of Ferndale, Michigan, one grandson: Phillip Nathan Daniel Osborne of London, plus a host of other friends and relatives to mourn his passing.
He is also preceded in death by one brother: Robert "Buddy" Osborne.
He was a retired construction worker and coal miner and attended First Pentecostal Church.
Phillip Eugene Osborne departed this life at in Mayfield, Kentucky, on Wednesday, May 12, 2010.
