Services Held Sunday For Pioneer Lady

Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at the Murphy Memorial Chapel for Mrs. Arizona May Kerbow with Rev. C.M. Ryan officiating.

Mrs. Kerbow, 95, died Friday in Amarillo. She had been a resident of Clarendon for 51 years and was the wife of the late H.C. Kerbow sho operated the H.C. Kerbow and Sons Hardware here for a long number of years.

Survivors include three sons, H.B. Kerbow of Mertzon, Texas; H.G. Kerbow of Pampa, and H.R. Kerbow of Lubbock; one daughter, Mrs. Don Grady of Clarendon; 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Bill Ray, George Green, Ernest Hunt, Homer Parsons, Seldon Bagby and Pinky Price.

Burial was in Citizens Cemetery with the Murphy Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
