Another Old Soldier At Rest.
A.L. Courtright, one of the pioneers and old soldiers of Montgomery County, died at the home of his son at Caney Friday morning, aged 85. Since the death of his wife he has lived with his son at Caney and Howard. He was a farmer and lived most of his life in Rutland and Independence townships. For twenty years he was a resident of the third ward in this city. The funeral was held Saturday morning in charge of Rev. Montgomery of the United Brethren church and his remains were placed beside those of his wife, in Mt. Hope cemetery.
