Louise was the youngest child of Noah and Alice Perrin Koonce. She married Ollie Bragg on March 9, 1947 in Wichita Falls. They had 4 children - Noah, Dodie, Alice and Linda. Ollie preceded her in death. Also her sister Lerah and her brother Glen preceded her in death. She married Robert Lovell in 1977. Louise retired from Texas Instruments of Dallas.
