Accident Victim To Be Buried Thursday:
Funeral service will be held at the Pine Tree Cumberland Presbyterian church at 10:30 a.m. Thursday for Mrs. Mary Josephine Deviney, 88-year-old Greggton woman who was killed Tuesday night.
Mrs. Deviney was killed when she ran into the side of an automobile at the intersection of Arkansas road and Highway 80 while attempting to cross the highway from the center line.
The Rev. L. M. Drinkall pastor of the Fine Tree church, will officiate. Interment will be in the Fisher cemetery under the direction of Welch Funeral home.
Survivors include: four sons. Charles W. Deviney, Little Rock, Ark., Herman B. Deviney, Houston, W. I. Rogers, Little Rock, Ark and Ira Rogers, Jonesboro. Ark. one daughter, Mrs. Thelma Blair, Dallas; three stepdaughters, Mrs, W. C. Albertson, Memphis, Tenn, Mrs. W. C. Leake, Memphis, Tenn and Mrs. W. W. Jones of Palestine. Ark.
