Florence, CO, Feb. 19--Harry Hulse, 35, signal maintainer for the Denver & Rio Grande railroad was instantly killed Tuesday when his railscooter and a Rio Grande freight collided head-on five miles east of Portland. The accident occurred just inside the Pueblo county line. Hulse is survived by his widow and three children.
