Services for Dr. Glenn D. Baird, 98, of La Center will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Morrow Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Bill Miller officiating. Burial will be in Maplelawn Park Cemetery in Paducah.
Mr. Baird died at 2:10 p.m. Sunday at Life Care Center of La Center.
He was a physician in Ballard County for 40 years and was a member of Bandana Baptist Church.
Surviving are his wife, Debartha Baird; three sons, Charlie E. Baird of Paducah, Richard M. Baird of Water Valley, Miss., and Dr. Glenn F. Baird of Florence; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Laura Thompson Baird; one brother; and three sisters. His parents were Charlie N. Baird and Martha Elizabeth Owen Baird.
