Mrs. Toppe, who was 83 years old, died at her home, 6412 Carrollton, yesterday.
A native of Crothersville, she had been a resident of Indianapolis for the past 11 years. She was a housewife.
The body will lie in state at the Moore & KIirk colonial Chapel until 10 o'clock tonight. Then it will be taken to the Tower & Burkholder Funeral Home in Seymour.
A daughter, Mrs. Mary E. Lahne, Indianapolis, and three sons, Fred L. Toppe, Brownstown; Willard C. Toppe, Seymour; and Henry Toppe, Pendleton, are amoung survivors.
