When Dicy was buried the cemetery was larger. Later they cut a road thru this cemetery, Many of the bodies were removed and reburried. However, Dicy and about 15 other remained on the other side of the road near the curve. Her stone can be found there. The cemetery does not mow or take care of this area. I think most have forgotten there are graves on the other side of the road. She was on a visit from Albany KY and died the night she arrived in Illinois to visit other family members. She was the daughter of Randsom Smith and Agnes Crouch.
