Winslow was the son of Chester F. and Fannie (Hinckley) Robart. He graduated from Brookline, Mass., High School in 1931 and attended Williams College.

Mr. Robart was a painting contractor with E.A. Robart & Sons from 1935 to 1974, located in Brookline, Mass. He had lived in New London since 1974, previously living in Newton, Mass., for many years.

Mr. Robart was a member of St. Andrew's Episcopal Church in New London. He was past president of the Brookline Kiwanis Club and past master of the Brookline Masonic Lodge AF&AM. Mr. Robart received his 50-year pin from King Solomon's Lodge F&AM of Elkins. He was an avid golfer and tennis player.

His wife of 73 years, Alice (Sheldon) Robart, died in 2008.

Members of his surviving family include a daughter, Melinda Ryder of West Townsend, Mass.; three sons, Willard H. Robart of West Orange, N.J., Chester W. Robart of Epping and Ralph S. Robart of Newton, Mass.; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held June 19 at 11 a.m. at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, Gould Road, New London. The Rev. Canon Cricket Cooper, rector, will officiate.
