CLARENDON - Funeral services for Mrs. Pauline Irene Roberts, 67, the postmistress at Lelia Lake, who died at 3:05 a.m. Sunday in High Plains Baptist Hospital in Amarillo, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in First United Methodist Church here.
The pastor, the Rev. Weldon Rives, will officiate. Burial will be in Citizens Cemetery by Clarendon Funeral Home.
Mrs. Roberts was born in Bosque County.
She married Oscar Douglas Roberts in 1927 at Kress.
She had been a Donley County resident the past 5 years and had operated the Lelia Lake post office for the past 10 years.
She was a member of First United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Mrs. Glenn Vaught of 5702 Everett in Amarillo; a son, Bill Roberts of 2211 Royal Road in Amarillo; two sisters, Miss Minnie Grounds of Lelia Lake and Mrs. H.E. McCroan of 721 N. Mirror in Amarillo, and two grandchildren.
