Mr. Herman Leon LeBaron, age 70 of Atlanta, Louisiana passed away on Sunday, June 13, 2010, at the Winn Parish Medical Center in Winnfield.
Born Monday, January 29, 1940 in Urania, Louisiana, he was the son of the late Leon LeBaron and the late Mary Wilson LeBaron. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Frank B. LeBaron.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Nellie Barnes LeBaron; son, Ricky David LeBaron of Winnfield, LA, daughters, Cindy Ann Dempsey of Atlanta, LA, Elizabeth Jane Dempsey of Winnfield, LA and Andrea Fitzgerald of Cleburne, TX, brother, Melvin LeBaron of Hargis, LA, sister, Margie Owens of Columbia, TN; 5 grand children, Ricky LeBaron, Jr., Lori LeBaron, Chrissie LeBaron, Jacob Dempsey, and Maddaline Dempsey; and 2 great grand children, Landon LeBaron and Kaden Coolman.
A Funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at Southern Funeral Home in Winnfield with Dr. Ray Teal officiating. Interment will be in Sardis Cemetery, near Atlanta, LA.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, June 15, 2010 and from 9:00 AM until service time on Wednesday at Southern Funeral Home.
