This listing is for my Grand Father Pascal Ira Grant Allen. He went by Grant Allen. He was married to Etta Mc Brayer Allen. They lived most of their married in a house down the road that he built. That home no longer stands it was destroyed by fire. He had many jobs. He worked as the area Postman, accountant and as a carpenter. He also owned quite a bit of land in the area. The story of his death that was handed down to me -- was that he had tripped over a downed tree and hit his head. And later died from a blood clot. But, I don't know if this is true.
