Lelia Davis was a daughter of Lelia Henley (1858-1946) and her second husband Richard S. Davis, of Durham, NC. She married Paul Burt Edmundson, Sr. (1897-1958), an attorney an veteran of the first World War. They had at least two sons, an infant born & died in 1927, and Paul B. Edmundson, Jr. Lelia and Paul, Sr. lived at 1105 Evergreen Ave., Goldsboro at the time of her death. He died just eleven days after she did.
