Jesse G. Wilson, was a charter member of AARP. He was a deacon and finance chair of the Memorial Christian Church. He retired from the Texas Pipe Line Company after serving 38 years.
When AARP was organized in 1964, he became a member and showed much interest in all the activities and seldom missed a meeting. He was kind, quiet in all his manners, gave the organization his full support.
He moved to Graham in 1958.
Survived by his wife; three sons - Gerald, Joe Granville, Jesse A. Wilson; one daughter - Mrs. C.E. Shockley; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; one sister - Mrs. Velma Pamplin; one brother - Marvin Wilson.
