1923 - 2003

"Gone Fishing"

Our beloved father, brother, Pappa and friend, passed away July 1, 2003.

He was born April 29, 1923 to Carl and Gertrude Bischoff. He married his sweetheart, Dorene, Nov 10, 1947 and they were later sealed together for eternity Feb 15, 1966.

Bob served in the Army during World War II. Bob owned a mechanic shop with his friend, Jimmy, for many years. He loved dancing, fishing, boating and camping. He loved his family very much. He enjoyed many outings with his "clique" friends. He snowbirded in Arizona for 14 years with his "Ethel" where he enjoyed friends, swap meets and sunny days. He will be greatly missed, but will remain in our hearts forever.

Survived by his children, Jerry (Mary) Bischoff, Robert A. Bischoff, Sharon (Skip) Woolston, Kay Rosner; 14 grandchildren; 10 great-grand-children; siblings, Arvella George, Gordon (Leila) Bischoff, Betty Jean (Kent) Kingston; and sister-in-law, Cohleen Bischoff. Preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Gertrude; wife, Dorene; brother, Douglas; brother-in-law, Ralph; and son-in-law, Steven.

Services will be Tues. July 8, 2003 11 a.m. Cannon LDS Stake Center, 934 W. Fremont Ave. A viewing will be Mon. July 7, 2003, 6-8 p.m. Redwood Memorial Mortuary 6500 S. Redwood Rd and one hour prior to the services at the Stake Center.
