Services for Isaac Harold "Bill" Harden, 85, of Lubbock will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2004, at the Asbury United Methodist Church with the Rev. Louise Schock officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Park under the directions of Sanders Funeral Home of Lubbock. Mr. Harden passed away on Monday, Feb. 16, 2004.

He was born Jan. 10, 1919 in Hood County, Texas. He served in the U.S. Army from 1942 through 1945. He married Marie Ernestine Swinford March 23, 1940. He was preceded in death by his wife on Feb. 25, 1984 and a great-granddaughter, Mallary Cain. He retired from American National Insurance Company in 1984 as district manager.

Survivors include two daughters, Katherine Ann Phillips of Lubbock, and Charlotte Sue McKeown of Woodrow; a son, Roger Harden of Shallowater; a brother, Arthur Harden of Levelland; seven grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
