Death of Mrs. Thos. Lackey
Mrs. Thos. Lackey of Bruce township, died Sunday evening, at the home of her brother, Abram Shunk, on the Hay Lake road, of catarrh of the stomach. The deceased was 25 years of age and leaves a husband and four children to mourn her loss. The funeral services were conducted Tuesday afternoon, at the Shunk home by Rev. C.L. Lambertson and the internment was in Riverside cemetery. Mrs. Lackey was a daughter of the late Wm. Shunk. Sarah Jane's death certificate shows the cause of death as different than the obituary. Death certificate lists "phthisis pulmonalis" which is Tuberculosis. Peggy
