Mack L. Page was born February 25, 1936 in Trenton,Tennessee, the son of Dennis and Margaret Page.
He graduated from Peabody High School and received the Bachelor of Arts degree from Lambuth College and the Bachelor of Divinity degree from the Candler School of Theology, Emory University, Atlanta, Georgia.
On June 14, 1959, he was married to Ann Council. Their children are Elizabeth, Michael and John. Mack and Ann served the church faithfully for more than 19 years.
He was Associate Minister at St. James Methodist Church in Atlanta during Seminary days. He also served the Bruceton Methodist Church for 6 years and the Brazil-Eaton-
Gibson Wells Charge for more than 12 years
During these 12 years he also was with the Tennessee Rehabilitation for the Blind. He served as Counselor to the blind and handicapped and was a constant source of help and strength to others who shared his handicap.
To know Mack Page was to love and appreciate him. To see him facing life with a spirit of victory was a deep source of inspiration. Alfred Lord Tennyson reminds us that we are a part of all that we have met. To touch the life of Mack Page was to have one's life enriched
He was a person of unusual ability and he served the church with a large measure of devotion. Life seldom produces a person of such character as Mack L Page.
"Well done thou good and faithful servant,
Thy glorious warfare past,
The battle fought, the victory won,
And thou art crowned at last."
--Harold E Watkins
