MAYFIELD, Ky.--Services for Maysel W. Washam, 95, of Mayfield will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Byrn Funeral Home. The Rev. Harry Yates and the Rev. Curtis Rice will officiate. Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Washam died at 1:25 p.m. Sunday at Green Acres Health Care.
She attended Murray State Teachers College and was a former teacher in the Graves County School System.
She was a retired employee of Merit Clothing Co. and was a member of Farmington Baptist Church.
Surviving are her sister, Ernestine Vaughan of Mayfield; and several nieces and nephews including nieces Bobbie K. Price and Margaret Mansfield, both of Paducah, and Sandra Patterson of Jefferson, Ind.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Voris Washam; one sister; and one nephew. Her parents were Ernest and Unie Walker.
