Thomas Fulford, a well known old soldier of Washington Township, died at Gosport Tuesday night. He was born and raised in Monroe County and was 68 years old. He served through the late war in 67th Indiana Volunteers and was a man liked by all who knew him. Mr. Fulford lived in Monroe County all of his life, and resided in Washington Township where he was born. He was a member of the G. A. R. under which direction the burial occurred at Simpson's Chapel.
