Mrs. Bessie Mae Killebrew, 84, homemaker of Cruger, died of heart failure Monday, October 3 at Greenwood-Leflore Hospital.
Services were held at 2 p.m. Thursday, October 6 at Cruger Baptist Church. Rev. Tommy Clark officiated assisted by Dr. John Gibson. Burial was in Pinecrest Cemetery, near Tchula.
Mrs. Killebrew was a Carroll County native. She was a member of Cruger Baptist Church.
Survivors include: sons, Wayne Killebrew of Scooba, Bobby Killebrew of Forest and Billy Joe Killebrew of Greenwood; sister, Emma Lou Pike of Memphis; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Active pallbearers were the follow nephews: John A. Killebrew, Jr., Phillip Chisolm, Ronnie Killebrew, Rob Farrish, Jimmy Pike, and Kenneth D.
