James W Aldrich
The funeral for James W. Aldrich, 72, Breckenridge, formerly of Campbell, Minn., was at 10:30 this morning, Monday in St. Francis Nursing Home Chapel. Rev. Rocert Schmainda officiated. Interment was in Tintah, Minn. He died Friday in St. Francis Hospital.
Mr. Aldrich was born Oct. 5, 1905, at Campbell, and grew up and attended rural schools near Campbell. He lived and farmed with his family all of his life. For 20 years they farmed near Dead Lake in Otter Tail County, Minn. He had been a resident of St. Francis Nursing Home since 1975.
Surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Gertrude Downey, Breckenridge; Mrs. Loy Downey, Copley, Ohio, and Mrs. Susan Eyestone, Nashua, Minn. He is preceded by his parents, James Edward and Catherine Vogel Aldrich, five brothers and two sister.
Casket bearers were Leo Litschauer, Mike Schend, William Frank and John Foss, (Joseph Vertin and Sons, Breckenrige).
