Israel Rude, 68, of Memphis, MO was found dead of an apparent heart attack in his apartment at 4 p.m. Sunday, October 23, 1977.
He was born February 17, 1909 in Scotland County, the son of Perry and Lula Anderson Rude.
Survivors include two sons, George of Memphis and Terry of Galesburg, Illinois, three daughters, Mrs. Linda LaFrenze of Wyaconda, Mrs. Sandra Robinson of McCallsburg, MO, and Brenda, at home; three sisters, Mrs. Anna Mae Salyers of Hamilton, Illinois, Mrs. Mary Riney of Keokuk, Iowa and Mrs. Leona Nese of Kirksville, three brothers, Paul of Wever, Eston of Keokuk, and Ernest of Missouri.
Services were at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Payne Funeral Chapel in Memphis.
Burial in Ashton cemetery. Hubert Lowes officiating.
