SPANISH FORK
- Hazel Glade Moss, 87 of Spanish Fork, Utah, passed away Sunday, June 13, 2004.
Born, on April 17, 1917 to William John and Annie Hamilton Glade in Salt Lake City, Utah. Married Aaron Eugene Moss March 15, 1939 in the Salt Lake Temple, he preceded her in death January 16, 2003. She attended West High, the University of Utah and graduated from the LDS Hospital School of Nursing.
Survivors include two sons, J.Lowell (Sharlot), Koosharem; Richard (Gail), Richfield and six daughters, Rebecca (Jack) Cook, Norman, Oklahoma; Elizabeth (Carlos) Jessen, Kingston; Janet (Joseph) Christensen, Las Vegas; Martha (Ralph) Spencer, South Jordan; Kathy Devine, Lacey, Washington; and Malinda (Rodney) Hansen, Pasadena, California; 43 grandchildren and 66 great grandchildren. She has a sister, Florence Wells, in Salt Lake City. She was preceded in death by her husband, a son, John Aaron Moss, a grandson Michael Glade Spencer, a granddaughter, Gail Marie Moss, and brothers and sisters, Lester Glade, Mary Walton, Beulah Glade, Harvey Glade, Virginia Ipson, Elizabeth Christensen, Melissa Behunin, Jim Glade, Edwin Glade, and Ben Glade.
Funeral services will be held Friday, June 18, 2004 at 12 noon in the LDS Church, 4881 W. Cindy Ln, South Jordan, (4800 W. 9610 S). Friends may call at the Neal S. Magleby & Sons Mortuary, 50 S. 100 W., Richfield, on Thursday evening 6 to 8 and at the ward chapel on Friday morning from 10 to 11:30. Burial will be in the Bountiful City Cemetery at 3:00 p.m.
