Charlie F. Belicek, 76 years and 11 days, a resident of 611 Dullye St., Yoakum, died at 11:15 p.m. Friday, March 12, 1976 in Huth Memorial Hospital, Yoakum.
Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Monday, March 15 at Buffington Funeral Home Chapel, Yoakum, with the Rev. D.I. Dolton officiating. Burial followed in the Shiner Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Emil Marak, Bill Cook, Joe Chomout, Joe Motal, David Herchek and Daniel Dvorak.
Mr. Belicek was a retired employee of the Texas Highway Department and a resident of Yoakum for 30 years. He was born in Taylor, March 1, 1900.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Mary (Krpec) Belicek of Yoakum; a son, Edward Belicek of Blanchard, Okla.; a sister, Mrs. Julia Svrcek of Taylor; and three grandchildren.
