Marvin L. Beery, 65, died Monday in Van Wert Manor, Van Wert, Ohio. The Adams County native retired last year as a supervisor for Central Soya Co. after 44 years. He was a veteran of World War II and received three bronze stars and a bronze arrowhead.
Surviving are his wife, Leona L.; four sons, including Bruce of Monroeville; two sisters; a brother; five grandchildren; and two great- grandchildren. Services are 1 p.m. tomorrow in Zwick-Sefton & Jahn Funeral Home, where calling is 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. today. Burial will be with military honors in Decatur Cemetery.
