NOTE TO MANAGER: here is how the current incorrect parent list, "son of John and Sarah" came to be: The informant on the death certificate was a kind neighbor/friend that had taken William in for a couple of weeks. He was a little confused on some information, 1) a year off on the date of birth, but William himself had bought tombstones for himself and his mother after she died in 1911, (and had his birth date inscribed.) Then 2) William's mother Sarah Catherine's second husband was John W Goen. So the informant got Theodore D UNDERWOOD and JOHN W Goen scrambled . Hope this clears up all the confusion.
