Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at the Baptist Church in Chandler for Mrs. Jennie V. Brewer, 79, who died Saturday afternoon at 5:00 o'clock following an attack suffered shortly after the noon meal. Dr. G.F. Moon of Chandler conducted the services and burial followed at Rock Hill cemetery.
Survivors include one son, J.E. Brewer; two daughters, Mrs. Gertrude Davis and Mrs. Lizzie McCain, all of Chandler; nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Clyde Ellis, Macon Carver, Jim Ellis, C.M. Dingler, Herman Cade and Charlie Pinkerton.
Deceased had been a resident of Chandler for many years.
