Mrs. Hilda Creekmore Murden, 59, wife of Charles E. Murden and daughter of the late Frank P. and Mrs. Elizabeth Dew Creekmore, a native and lifelong resident of Norfolk, died Monday at 11:30 p.m. at the residence, 716 Maltby Avenue. Besides her husband, she is survived by two sons, Lloyd H. Wicks and Roland R. Murden, and one brother, Walter C. Creekmore, all of Norfolk.
Services will be held at the chapel of the H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments tomorrow at 3:30 p.m. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
