DELMAR--Mrs. Eunice D. Givans, 82, of 711 E. State St., Delmar, died in Peninsula General Hospital in Salisbury Tuesday after a short illness.
Born near Delmar, she was the daughter of the late Miranda Kenney and Thomas Dunn. Her husband, Charles W. Givans, died in 1969.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Evelyn K. Phillips, Delmar, and Mrs. Jessie M. Taylor, Seaford, Va.; one son, C. Wesley Givans, Chesapeake, Va.; seven grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren.
Mrs. Givans was a member of the First Baptist Church of Delmar and the Democratic Club of Delmar.
Funeral services will be held here at 2 p.m. Friday in the Marvel-Short Funeral Home with the Rev. Edward Jackson of the Baltimore area officiating. Interment in the Ralph Hill Cemetery, near Delmar.
