Devoted mother, grandmother, sister and aunt, Filomena Minnie Colosimo Lupo, age 82, died April 9, 1995 at Parkdale Care Center in Price.

Born April 5, 1913, Fairmont, West Virginia, daughter of Carmen A. and Katherine Oliverio Colosimo. Married Tony Lupo, Sr., April 19, 1930. He died October 24, 1966. Member of the Catholic Church. Longtime resident of Hiawatha, prior to moving to Price. Minnie was an excellent cook and anytime you went to her home and nothing was cooking, she would cook a delicious meal for all to enjoy. She loved to hunt, fish and listen to western music.The last eight years of her life were spent at Parkdale Care Center. The family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks to all those of the staff at Parkdale Care Center for making her last years so happy.

Survived by son, Raymond and Cathy Lupo, West Valley; brother, Lou and Pat Colosimo, Price; two sisters, Mary Colosimo, Price; Rose Jackson, Detroit, Mich.; 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by son, Anthony D., Jr., brothers, Joe, Sam and Johnnie, sister, Annie.

Funeral Mass, Wednesday April 12, 1995, 10 a.m. Notre Dame De Lourdes Catholic Church. Vigil service Tuesday evening, 7 p.m. Mitchell Chapel, where friends may call prior to services. Committal service: Price City Cemetery.
