EW MARKET - Frank Roland Fanning, 57, of 1164 Upper Hurricane Road, New Market, died Sunday at a local hospital. The funeral will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Church of the Nativity with the Father George Wood officiating.
Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery with Laughlin Service Funeral Home in charge.
Mr. Fanning was a Mason and a former Jaycee. He was retired from the Air Force Reserve and a retired business owner.
Survivors include his wife, Martha A. Fanning; one daughter, Charlene Sims of Huntsville; two sons, Roland M. Fanning of Athens and Greg Fanning of Huntsville; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Roland M. Fanning of Huntsville; one sister, Anne Phillips of Kansas; one brother, William Fanning of Ft. Benning, Ga.; nine grandchildren.
Visitation was Monday at Laughlin Service Funeral Home.
