Hugh Bart Regan was a confederate soldier. His wife, Francis E. Regan is buried in the Regan family cemetery in Cerro Gordo. There was a flood when he died and they were not able to bury him in the Regan family cemetery, so he is buried in the Floyd family cemetery.
