Mrs. Elsie Mai Carter Bryant, 62, died Thursday in Lincoln Regional Hospital after a brief illiness.
The services was Saturday at Higgin Funeral Home. The Rev David Phillipy officiated and burial was in the Riverview Memorial Gardens.
Mrs Bryant was a native of Madison County, Ala., daughter of the late William Reuben Carter Jr. and Cordie Tribble Carter. She was a former employee of Lincoln Regional Hospital and a member of the Swan Creek Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by her husband William Bryant; two sons, Billy Bryant and Carter Bryant; a sister Mrs Marie Bennett; and two grandchildren,
