Coleman married Iris Wynona Bailey abt 1936 in Fort Worth, Tarrant Co., TX. Iris was b.8 Dec 1914 in Madisonville, Madison Co., TX & d.15 Aug 2000 in Fort Worth, Tarrant Co., TX.
Coleman and Iris had 3 children that I am aware of, one of them is still living. They were:
1. Coleman Duane Akin b.23 Aug 1937 in Fort Worth, Tarrant Co., TX & d.10 Dec 1937 in Fort Worth, Tarrant Co., TX.
2. (Living Female) b.11 Oct 1938 in Fort Worth, Tarrant Co., TX.
3. Teddie Royce Akin b.8 may 1943 in Fort Worth, Tarrant Co., TX & d.8 Feb 2002 in Fort Worth, Tarrant Co., TX.
