Mrs. Helen Clark Williamson

Mrs. Helen Clark Williamson, a longtime resident of Holmes County, passed away at the Tyler Holmes Hospital in Winona on Sunday, September 5. Mrs. Williamson, 85, was a resident at the Winona Manor Nursing Home.

Services were held from the Southern Funeral Home Chapel in Lexington with the Rev. Pat McLeIlan officiating with the assistance of the Rev. C. A. Dickerson. Interment followed in Bethesda Cemetery near Lexington.

Mrs. Williamson, a native of Des-Ark, Arkansas was the widow of Ollie B. Williamson. She was a member of Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church.

Survivors are three sons, Marion Williamson of Lexington; O.B. Williamson of Ruidoso, New Mexico; James N. Williamson of Drummonds, Tennessee; two daughters, Mrs. Nina Marshall of Lexington and Mrs. Ina O’Daniel of Memphis, Tennessee; one sister, Mrs. Johnnie Cooper of Drummonds, Tennessee; thirteen grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were her grandsons.
