Red Lion. Oct. 3.—The funeral of Mrs. Cordie May Marks, wife of Claud Marks, was held this morning from the residence of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. William M. Bailey. Short services were held at the house. The funeral cortege then proceeded to the Bethany United Brethren church, where further services were held. The pastor, Rev. M. R. Fleming, officiated. Interment was made in Fairmount cemetery. The pallbearers were John Reichard, William Jones, Sterling Olp, Curtis P. Stabley, Roman Runkle and William Sentz.
