Obituary: Rev. Dailey Dead. Former Ottawa Man Succumbs to Dropsy in Kansas City. Rev. J. R. Dailey, formerly of Ottawa died Saturday evening in Kansas City, Kansas, at the home of his daughter, 1842 Parallel avenue, where he went about three months ago to be cared for during his illness. Death was caused by dropsy. He had been an invalid for several months. Funeral services were held yesterday afternoon and he was buried at Woodlawn cemetery, Kansas City, Kansas. He leaves a wife and three daughters. Mrs. Dailey was in Ottawaq at the time of her husband's death. Rev.
