Burial in Davis Cemetery near Grapeland, Texas is under the direction of Bailey & Foster Funeral Home. She was born June 3, 1929 to the late Marvin R. and Josephine Teems Willis. Mrs. Barkley was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Garnet D. "Jr." Barkley. She is survived by daughter, Stacie Speckman; son, Chad Barkley and wife Donna; sisters, Wanda Musick, Jean Pinkerton, Marvaleigh Cunningham, and Brenda Elam; four grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
