Mrs. Margaret Hayes, 60, of 37 Jones Street, Hudson, died Wednesday afternoon at 2:10 in General Hospitial where she was admitted July 10 as a medical patient.

She was born in Wilkes-Barre, daughter of William and Ellen Derr. She was a resident of Hudson five years. She was a of Hudson Primitive Methodist Church.

Surviving are these children are Mrs. George Keil, Hudson; Mrs. Joseph Welgos, Plains Mrs. William Mitchell, Bald Mountain, Larry, Miners Mills section, George, Kearney, NJ, Elmer, Baltimore, Mrs William Terrance, Wichita Falls Tex.; Mrs. Cyril Lesko. Fort Worth, Tex. Also two sisters. Mrs. May Phillips, Dallas and Mrs Walter Langdon, Glenn Mills, three brothers. Thomas and William Derr, Trenton, NJ and Harrv Derr, East Greenwich, RI. 19 grandchildren.

Funeral will be held Saturday afternoon at 1:30 from the funeral home 55 Stark St., Hudson. Rev. Lloyd Dean officiating. Interment will be in Denison Cemetery, Swoyersville. Friends mav call tonight 7 to 10 and Friday 2 to 4 and 7 to 10.
