Rhuey passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her family at the age of 91.
Rhuey Ann Senter was born on May 29, 1918 in Livingston, Montana to Burtrom Orin Senter and Reatha Lenora Hawley Senter, she was one of five children. The family moved to Oregon in 1922 and lived in many locations and eventually settled in Scappoose in 1932 where she went to school from 8th grade to 12th grade.
Rhuey married Edward Ambrose Brissett on Sept. 12, 1936, had two children and lived in Scappoose, OR and La Center, WA most of her adult life.
Rhuey loved life, her family, friends, farming, shopping, painting and playing pool. She had may jobs over the years some of which included modeling, nursing and working in hardware stores.
She is survived by her son Willard Leslie Brissett, daughter Reatha Darlene Brissett, sister Parolee Senter, Granddaughter Sandy Fehr along with 6 other Grandchildren and 12 Great Grandchildren. She is preceded in death by husband Edward Brissett, brothers Eugene and Bruce Senter, sister Vevel Buchanan and Great Granddaughter Christina Fehr.
